A typical installation will take approximately 1 week per facility using the comprehensive installation and training tools included in the LTC Solution Management Information Suitee system.

The LTC Management Information Suite has been designed from the start to be as intuitive and easy to use as possible. This philosophy is reflected in the training tools and in-depth help menu. While we do not believe they will be required, additional training resources are available with à la carte pricing if requested.

Because the LTC Solution Management Information Suite is built on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, data is captured at the point of entry and stored safely and securely in the cloud on HIPPA compliant host servers.
Yes. The LTC Solution Management Information Suite includes an electronic medical administration record (eMAR). The eMAR provides Resident Service and the Nursing staff go to document medication administration. Displayed by resident and time, each medication prescribed also displays the dosage to be administered and any special instructions regarding the medication. Scheduled weights, pulse checks, blood pressures and blood glucose levels are found / entered here. The date and time the medication was given as well as the employee that administered it is recorded. Once a medication is given it no longer shows up on the eMAR for that dosage/administration. The eMAR eliminates potential for error by organizing medications by date and time making it simple for the Med Aides to distribute. The eMAR can be printed to be sent along with the resident to physician appointments. Any medications not given, as scheduled, will show up on the “Exception Report” for the supervisor to investigate.
